Active Autowerke E46 non-M Performance Header(2001- BMW 325i / 330i)
After extensive testing, Active Autowerke introduces this ceramic coated header system for proven performance gains. By simply removing the highly restrictive factory headers with integrated cats and placing the cats below to maintain the emission standards required, we are able to achieve good performance results making this header a worthwhile upgrade.

Take a closer look at the existing factory exhaust manifolds.
The exhaust catalyst are situated right against the cyl head and cause extreme heat build up.
On cylinders 1-3, each three exhaust cylinders all channel through to a small restrictive pipe.
All of these help create extreme heat through this bottleneck design.

The Active Autowerke Performance Header is designed to eliminate this problem and to deliver performance and durability. By installing the headers, the factory exhaust catalysts are removed making this header suited only for OFF ROAD race applications. Please consult your regulatory requirements and laws before installing these race exhaust headers. A (OPTIONAL) lower placement exhaust catalyst will be available to help maintain emission standards.
