One valve is needed per wheel. Priced per valve stem.

This is used in conjunction with the factory BMW tire pressure sensor, for use with the factory BMW tire pressure monitoring system. If you are in need of a complete set of sensors to be used on a new set of wheels, you will also need the OEM TPMS sensors, part# 36-23-6-779-490
