Inspired and Race tested in the 2005 BMWCCA Club Race IP series. The Active Autowerke RACE EXHAUST delivers performance and durability to be placed in the winner's circle.
Lightweight and polished, this is a full 3.0" straight-through design that carries resonators for that tuned note. A first in the racing industry, the mid-section resonator also carries a replaceable straight through section giving you a choice between FULL Race or MILD Race for that specific db sound wave or optimum flow.

Completely constructed from 304 stainless throughout, it is guaranteed not to rust through or brake away.
This exhaust system is a continuation of the Active Autowerke Racing Header featuring interlocking V-Band clamps for a "Worry FREE Gasket Design" and easy install. The quick releasing V-Band clamping system help makes for very tight seals without the need for conventional gaskets that will eventually blow. The E36 M3 Race/Turbo was designed, tested and proven by the Active Autowerke Race Program.

With some modifications, this Race Exhaust can also be fitted on the E36 Turbo powered cars relatively easy for maximum horsepower gains. This system will support 600 HP easily on a turbo E36 BMW. The decrease in back pressure is immediately felt on the Turbo spooling and boost acceleration.
